Move-In Information
Here's some things you should know prior to moving in:
- A background check must be performed on every resident over the age of 18 prior to moving in.
- Your rental history must be verified before your approval of a new apartment home.
- In addition to receiving a copy of your paycheck stub (or offer letter from a new job), office staff will also need to
contact your employer to perform income verification.
- In order to qualify for an apartment, your gross income must meet or exceed three times the amount of your monthly rent.
- Proof of renter's insurance must be submitted before taking possession of your new apartment home.
- When you move into your apartment, you are then held responsible for all utility costs. For this reason, a utility
verification form (which will be supplied by a member of office staff) must be signed by the City of LaGrange and returned
to the leasing office before you move in.
Here's some things you should keep in mind:
- The refundable deposit to reserve an apartment is $300. A non-refundable admin fee to reserve an apartment is $99.
You have the choice of either a refundable deposit or a non-refundable admin fee.
- To process your rental application, the application fee will be $60.
- We accept pets! To move a pet into your apartment requires a $300 fee upon move-in for pets under
30lbs. If your pet is over 30lbs, the move-in fee will be $500. You can move in up to two pets and there is no
limit on the size of your pet. Each pet requires an additional move-in fee. You will be required to provide a
$15 pet rental fee per pet, per month.
- We know that sometimes a 12 month lease doesn't fit your current life situation and that's why we also offer 3, 6, and
9 month leases with an option to go month-to-month after fulfilling one of these flexible leasing options. 9 month
leases are $50 more a month in addition to the standard pricing. 6 month leases are $75 more a month and 3 month leases
are $100 more a month. You can live month-to-month afterward for only $150 more to the standard lease price. (All
prices are subject to change).
